Prickly Pineapples is about veganism, self-care, self-love, and health.

Taking my education in journalism and nutrition, I wanted to combine the two to create a space to promote healthy bodies and healthy minds. Whether you’re vegan or just want to give Meat Free Monday a go, you can find delicious recipes that are good for your body, and some that are just good for your soul. Life is too short not to treat yourself, but I’ll also provide tips to give yourself a nutritional boost, and interview inspiring people.
